We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ram Raj Foods order. As our products are packaged food items, our returns policy is designed around safety and hygiene.
Damaged, leaking, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Opened or used products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products once the packaging has been opened or used, unless the product itself was defective.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the damaged/wrong item process above still applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer; refunds for Direct Bank Transfer orders are returned to the original account. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
